These Terms govern use of the Delta Rank website and requests for our local-search and Google Maps visibility services.

Services

Delta Rank provides local-search growth services designed to strengthen an existing online presence, including Google Maps and local-search visibility, geo-grid monitoring, competitor review, keyword targeting, and ongoing optimization.

10-day trial

Eligible businesses may request a free 10-day trial. The trial is intended to demonstrate our process, establish a visibility baseline, review opportunities, and begin campaign activity. Starting a trial does not create a paid monthly subscription unless you separately agree to continue.

No ranking guarantee

Search-engine rankings are controlled by third parties and are influenced by many factors outside Delta Rank's control. We do not guarantee a #1 position, Top 3 position, specific traffic level, lead volume, revenue amount, or particular ranking movement within any timeframe.

Because SEO and local-search performance can fluctuate and are affected by third parties, market conditions, competition, platform changes, and the client's existing online presence, lack of a particular ranking or business outcome is not, by itself, grounds for a refund or charge reversal.

Eligibility and client responsibilities

Our service is generally designed for established local businesses with an active Google Business Profile, accurate business information, a functioning website, and an existing online foundation. You are responsible for providing accurate information, required access, approvals, and cooperation needed to perform the service.

Paid campaigns, billing, and authorization

If you choose to continue after the trial, pricing, scope, billing frequency, cancellation terms, and service details will be governed by the applicable proposal, order form, invoice, or service agreement. By approving a paid campaign, you authorize Delta Rank and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts and billing schedule you accepted.

Refund policy

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written agreement signed by Delta Rank, fees paid for services already performed, campaign work already begun, setup, strategy, research, reporting, optimization, or a billing period that has already started are non-refundable. A refund will not be owed solely because a client is dissatisfied with ranking movement, traffic, lead volume, call volume, revenue, or other business outcomes.

If Delta Rank approves a refund as an exception, that approval does not create an obligation to provide the same or a similar refund in any other situation.

Cancellations

Cancellation requirements for paid services will be stated in the applicable service agreement or order form. Unless that agreement says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal charges after the applicable notice period but does not retroactively cancel charges already earned or amounts due for work already performed.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, you agree to contact Delta Rank promptly at info@getdeltarank.com so we have a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue before you initiate a payment dispute, where permitted by applicable law and payment-network rules.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically eliminate a valid payment obligation for services that were authorized and provided. Delta Rank may submit contracts, approvals, invoices, communications, campaign records, access logs, work records, and other relevant documentation to payment processors, banks, or card networks in response to a dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is determined to be invalid, abusive, or inconsistent with an agreed payment obligation, Delta Rank may suspend services and pursue any unpaid balance and reasonable recovery or collection costs to the extent permitted by law and the applicable agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights provided by applicable consumer-protection laws or payment-network rules.

Website content

Website graphics, ranking visuals, charts, and examples may be illustrative. They are not representations of guaranteed client results unless expressly identified as verified results.

Intellectual property

The Delta Rank name, branding, website design, original copy, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Delta Rank and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Third-party platforms

Google, Google Maps, Google Business Profile, and other third-party services are governed by their own policies and may change independently. Delta Rank is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Delta Rank is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or third-party ranking changes.
